Jessica Schick is driven by a passion for helping people save for their retirement in addition to helping her fellow employees develop flourishing careers in the retirement industry. Jessica has worked with Farmer & Betts since 2000, paving the path to her own success and finally becoming a stockholder in 2020.
Jessica currently works as the operations manager, team lead, and has a number of plans assigned to her as the administrator. Her expertise includes plan design, new plan start-ups, plan mergers, plan terminations, preparation of plan documents, on-going support of plan administration and recordkeeping services, annual IRS Form 5500-Series preparation and other governmental forms, contribution calculations, assistance with enrollment meetings, preparation of annual valuation reports, top-heavy determination, nondiscrimination testing, and robust plan consulting services regarding plan compliance review, plan corrections for operational failures, and self correction of prohibited transactions. She specializes in traditional 401(k) plans, safe harbor 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, and age-weighted/cross tested plans. She is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent with the IRS and has obtained both her QPA and QKA credentials as recognized through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).

Jessica currently resides in Bonney Lake, WA, with her husband Justin and daughter Reilly. She grew up in South Hill, Puyallup and attended Rogers High School. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and snuggling with her dog, Bailey. Jessica is a season ticket holder to the local Seattle Thunderbirds junior hockey team and loves to cheer her team on! Jessica’s favorite place to travel is the Caribbean and float on the blue warm water in her floatie.
