Tuan Phan currently serves as Controller and Human Resources (HR) Manager at Farmer & Betts, where he has played a pivotal role since joining in 2017. He oversees all accounting functions, including financial reporting, payroll, billing, accounts payable, and cost accounting. In 2025, Tuan became a shareholder of the company, further solidifying his commitment to its success. With a diverse accounting background spanning multiple industries, including government, Tuan brings invaluable expertise in supporting both clients and internal teams.

Tuan currently resides in Kent, WA with his wife Loan and daughter Vivian. He grew up in Tacoma and attended Central Washington University for his bachelor’s degree in accounting. Tuan enjoys traveling with his family, working on car and watching sports.
